Withdrawals from your trading account must be made via the Axi Client Portal — not the IB Portal.

What you need to know:

1. The IB Portal does not contain a withdrawal function for your trading account funds.

2. Withdrawal of IB commission (rebates) is also processed via the Axi Client Portal — not the IB Portal.

3. Log in to the Axi Client Portal to access the Withdraw Funds section.

4. In the Client Portal: navigate to the Withdraw Funds tab on the left side panel.

5. Choose your preferred withdrawal method.

6. Withdrawals must be made to the original payment method used for your deposit (RTS policy).

7. For profits or amounts exceeding your initial deposit, you can withdraw using any available method.
