Withdraw funds using Local Money Transfer (Malaysia) via the Axi Client Portal to a verified Malaysian bank account.

Eligibility & Requirements

1. Available to residents of Malaysia only.

2. A verified Malaysian bank account in your name is required before submitting a withdrawal request.

3. Return to Source (RTS) applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via Local Money Transfer first.

4. Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the Client Portal once RTS is consumed.

5. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the Client Portal. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.

Bank Account Requirements

1. Account Holder Name must match your Axi account name exactly.

2. Account Number: numbers only, with no spaces. The number of digits will vary depending on the bank/institution.

3. Bank Name: select from the dropdown.

4. Bank statement or passbook required: name, account number, date within the last 6 months.

5. Bank statements are official documents — receipts are not accepted.

6. Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, PDF, HEIC. Maximum file size: 6 MB.

7. Only the first page is required if it contains: bank name/logo, account name, account number/IBAN, and SWIFT/BIC.

8. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours, depending on the validation process.

9. Withdrawals cannot be processed while bank verification is pending.

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal.

2. First time: go to Manage → Add, enter your bank details, upload your bank statement, and submit for review.

3. Go to Funds and select Withdraw from the top menu.

4. Choose your trading account.

5. Enter the withdrawal amount in the Money Transfer (MYR) field and select your preferred currency.

6. Select verified bank account (auto-selected if only one registered).

7. Review details and click Request Withdrawal.

Processing Time

1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).

Important Notes

1. Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.

2. If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
