If you're having trouble logging into the client portal, the issue is often related to how you originally signed up — especially if you used social login (Google, Apple, or Facebook).

Social login (Google, Apple, Facebook) currently only works in the Axi mobile app, not on the Client Portal (Web).
What to do:
The "Forgot Password?" link doesn’t work for social login (Google, Apple, Facebook) users, because you never created a password with Axi.

Each social login is separate. If you signed up with Facebook, you must log in with Facebook otherwise you will get an error message.

If your account was created using your email and a password, trying to log in with a social account won't work.
