If you're having trouble logging into the Axi Trading App (ATP) using your email address, it may be because you are trying to log into the Axi Trading Application with your MT4 account email address. It is important to note that the Axi Trading App and the MT4 platform are separate systems, each with its own registration process. 

Please check to ensure the login details you are entering are for the correct platform. If you need to create a new account, this can be done free of charge.
