If your credit/debit card used for the initial deposit has reached its expiration date, the bank will issue a replacement card with identical details, except for the updated expiry date. Please ensure you update your credit/debit card information accordingly, following the below steps.
To update details related to a debit/credit card (e.g. incorrect/expired expiration date, typo on the cardholder's name), you will need to provide photographic copies of the front and back of the card. This verification is required to help ensure the security and protection of your account.
Please note: All photos must clearly display the full card, with all four corners visible.
The Front copy must show the following details:
For the Back copy, it must show the following details:
If your card has expired or is no longer active, please make sure to add a bank account associated with the same card to complete your withdrawal. This ensures funds are safely returned to the original deposit source, in line with our Return to Source (RTS) policy.
It is also important to note that if your card has expired, been lost, or stolen, your withdrawal will still be processed normally as long as the linked bank account is active. The funds will be returned to the original deposit source.
If you no longer have access to the original deposit source, please contact our Client Services team.
Please note: Additional information may be requested for the security of your account.
