Do I need to create a new account for the new Client Portal?

No, you do not need to create a new Axi client or trading account. All your existing data, trades, and funds will be automatically transferred to the new portal.
However, you will need to set up a new login for the new system. This is a one-time registration process that uses your existing email address.
Here's how it works:
Access the Old Portal: Log in to the old portal using your existing MT4 trading account and password.
On-Screen Message: After logging in, you’ll see a message introducing Axi’s new Client Portal. This message explains that we’re moving from the current portal to a new and improved version. Read the message on-screen and click "Start Your New Axi Experience" to begin. We’ll guide you step by step to help you get started quickly and easily.
Please ensure that you use the same email you have registered with Axi, used on the old portal for logging in. Once you're ready, just click Continueto proceed.
Password Reset: When accessing the new portal, you will be prompted to reset your password. Enter your new password and click Continue.
For security reasons, after logging in, you will be asked to enter your phone number for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). You can choose from:
Google Authenticator
Text Message
Voice Call
Access the New Client Portal: Once the verification code is entered, you’ll be redirected to the New Client Portal. You can now log in with your registered email and newly set password. From there, you can start exploring and trading!
