Withdraw funds using Bitwallet via the Axi Client Portal to your registered Bitwallet wallet.
Available to residents of Japan only.
RTS applies: withdraw up to the original deposit amount via the same payment method (Bitwallet).
Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the Client Portal once RTS is consumed.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the Client Portal. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.
Due to the Return to Source (RTS) policy, you can only withdraw to the same Bitwallet email address used for your original deposit.
Withdrawals to a different Bitwallet email are not permitted.
After your first successful Bitwallet deposit, the wallet is automatically saved as a withdrawal option.
The wallet is identified by the email address used during the deposit.
When withdrawing, you’ll be asked to select this saved wallet — you cannot enter a new one.
Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
Go to Funds and select Withdraw from the top menu.
Choose your trading account. Ensure correct account selection.
Enter the withdrawal amount and select your preferred currency. Minimum amounts are displayed in the Client Portal.
Click Continue.
Select the Bitwallet wallet (identified by email address).
Review details and click Request Withdrawal.
1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).
Bitwallet withdrawals may be processed quickly once approved, depending on the provider.
Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.
If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
