Withdraw funds using Local Money Transfer (Colombia) via the Axi mobile app to a verified Colombian bank account.

Eligibility & requirements 

  1. Available to residents of Colombia only.

  2. A verified local bank account must be added before completing a withdrawal.

  3. RTS applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via the same payment method (Local Money Transfer)

  4. Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the app once RTS is consumed.

  5. Ensure you are logged into your Live account, not a Demo account.

  6. Exchange rates are automatically updated every 10 minutes.

  7. Withdrawal limits: Minimum COP 37,147.27 – Maximum COP 40,000,000

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

  1. Open the Axi mobile app and log in to your Live account.

  2. Tap the Profile icon in the top-left corner of the screen.

  3. Select My Accounts, then tap Withdraw.

  4. Choose the trading account you want to withdraw from.

    Note: Ensure you select the correct account to avoid internal transfer delays.

  5. Enter the withdrawal amount in USD in the Money Transfer (COP) section. The system automatically converts the amount to COP using the current exchange rate. Tap Continue.

  6. Select your verified bank account or add a new one. To add a new account, click “Add method”, enter the bank details, upload a valid bank statement, and click Submit for Review. Verification is automated and may be completed within a few minutes, depending on validation.

  7. Review all details and tap Request Withdrawal.

Processing Time

  1. Typically, 1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).

  2. Once processed, funds are typically received within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank.

Important Notes

  1. Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.

  2. If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.

  3. You can track your withdrawal request in the  Funding History section of the Client Portal.
