Withdraw funds using cryptocurrency via the Axi Client Portal to your registered crypto wallet address.
Return to Source (RTS) applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited in the same cryptocurrency (based on coin amount, not USD value).
RTS for crypto is based on coin amount — not USD equivalent. Example: deposited 0.05 BTC worth USD 200 → must withdraw 0.05 BTC, not USD 200.
Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the Client Portal once RTS is consumed.
All crypto network fees (gas fees) are paid by the client.
Minimum withdrawal: Depends on the currency. For BTC, the minimum is BTC 0.001. The minimum amount is displayed in the Client Portal.
Maximum withdrawal per transaction: USD 300,000.
Supported coins: USDT, ETH, USDC, BTC, BCH, LTC, SOL, LINK, XRP
You must select the exact network matching your external wallet (e.g., ERC20, BEP20, Polygon). Selecting the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds
