Why isn't my trade showing under the Portfolio tab?

Learn why a trade may not appear in the Portfolio tab of Ask Axi. This article explains the most common reasons, such as open trades, recent trade delays, incorrect date ranges, and daily analysis limits, as well as when to contact Customer Success.

There are a few possible reasons a trade won't appear in your Portfolio analysis:

  • The trade is still open. Portfolio analysis only includes closed trades and realised profit and loss. Open or pending positions won't show until they're closed.

  • The trade closed too recently. There's a delay of roughly 2–3 hours after a trade closes before it's reflected in the Portfolio tab. If you closed a trade within the last couple of hours, it may simply not have synced yet — try again later rather than assuming something's wrong.

  • It falls outside your selected period. Double-check you've selected the right account and the right time range (7, 14, 30 days, or a specific month) — a trade closed just before your selected window starts won't appear.

  • You've hit your daily analysis limit. You can run up to 15 analyses per day, per profile. If you're out, you'll need to wait for the next daily reset before running another.

If a reasonable amount of time has passed (well beyond the 2–3 hour window) and the trade still isn't showing under the correct account and period, contact our Customer Success team.
