Updated 11 days ago

Important Note: The Partner Loyalty Programme is not available in all countries. Please check eligibility in your region. The programme Terms & Conditions were updated in July 2026 — please review the latest version before checking your eligibility.

1. Who can apply for the Partner Loyalty Programme?

The Partner Loyalty Program is open to all Introducing Brokers (IBs) who are actively introducing clients to Axi. If you have an active partnership with Axi and meet the participation criteria, you are automatically enrolled in the program. You can find all the details about the program in the Terms and Conditions.

2. What are the prizes available in the Partner Loyalty Program?

The Partner Loyalty Program offers exciting rewards and prizes based on your performance as an IB. The prizes include:

  • Cash rewards

  • Exclusive events and experiences

  • Trips and luxury items

As you refer more clients and increase their trading activity, you move up in tiers, unlocking higher rewards. You can track your progress through your IB Portal and see what milestones you need to reach for each prize.

For more information on prizes and eligibility, check out the Terms and Conditions of the program.

3. What are the requirements to qualify for the Partner Loyalty Program?

To qualify for the programme, the following requirements apply:

  • Total Lifetime Trading Volume (LTV): Your total lifetime trading volume from all referred clients (from 1 January 2020) must meet the tier threshold set out in the programme tier table.

  • Percentage of LTV in the Last 12 Months: Your trading activity over the past 12 months must meet the percentage threshold for your tier.

  • Number of Active Clients in the Past 3 Months: You must have the minimum number of active clients over the past 3 months. An active client is a client who has placed at least one trade of any lot size in the past 3 months. The minimum number varies by tier — please refer to the tier table in the Terms & Conditions.

  • Net Deposit Requirement (New — Clause 4A): You must also meet two net deposit conditions at the time of prize processing:

    • 3-Month Net Deposit: Your net deposit for the same 3-month period must be at least 4 times the Maximum Prize Value of the tier you have qualified for. Net deposit (3-month period) = All client deposits – All client withdrawals – All rebates paid to you

    • Lifetime Net Deposit: Your total cumulative net deposit since the start of your partnership must be greater than zero at the time of prize processing.

If either net deposit condition is not met, your prize will be deferred to the next qualifying giveaway cycle.

You can track your progress in meeting these requirements through your IB Portal.

4. How can I apply for the Partner Loyalty Programme?

Good news! All IBs are automatically enrolled in the program once you become an active IB with Axi. You don’t need to apply separately.

5. When are the prizes announced?

The prizes are typically reviewed and distributed every quarter (for example, April to June). Payouts begin in the following month (in this case, July). Your Account Manager will keep you informed about your eligibility, but you can always reach out to them if you have any questions.

6. How many prizes are shared each quarter?

The number of prizes available depends on the number of eligible IBs (Introducing Brokers). There’s no limit to how many IBs can win a prize in a given quarter. However, each IB can only win one tier per quarter, and can only win the same tier once.

For example, if you win Tier 1 for the January-March period, you can’t win Tier 1 again in the next quarter, but you can win a different tier (like Tier 2 or Tier 3) in the next quarter if you're eligible.

7. How can I track my progress and eligibility?

You can easily track your eligibility and progress through the IB Portal, where you'll find key metrics like your trading volume and the number of active clients. This will help you stay on top of your performance and see how close you are to earning rewards!

8. What are the trading volume requirements for each tier?

The Total Lifetime Trading Volume (LTV) thresholds for each tier are set out in Table 1 of the Terms & Conditions. These thresholds were updated as part of the programme restructure — please refer to the latest version of the T&Cs for the current tier requirements.

You can review the full updated Terms & Conditions here.

9. Have the active client requirements changed?

Yes. The minimum number of active clients required over the past 3 months has been updated across several tiers as part of the most recent programme restructure. The updated thresholds are:

  • Tier 1: 10 active clients (previously 5)

  • Tier 3: 15 active clients (previously 10)

  • Tier 4: 15 active clients (previously 10)

  • Tier 5: 15 active clients (previously 10)

  • Tier 6: 20 active clients (previously 10)

  • Tier 7: 20 active clients (previously 10)

  • Tier 9: 30 active clients (previously 20)

  • Tier 10: 50 active clients (previously 20)

  • Tiers 2 and 8 remain unchanged.

An active client is a client who has placed at least one trade of any lot size in the past 3 months.

10. What is the net deposit requirement and how is it calculated?

As of the latest programme update, eligible partners must meet two net deposit conditions to receive a prize:

  • 3-Month Net Deposit Threshold

    • Your net deposit for the same 3-month period as the active client requirement must be at least 4 times the Maximum Prize Value of the tier you have qualified for.

    • Net deposit (3-month period) = All client deposits – All client withdrawals – All rebates paid to you

  • Lifetime Net Deposit — Must Be Positive

    • Your total cumulative net deposit since the start of your partnership must be greater than zero at the time of prize processing.

If either condition is not met, your prize will not be awarded for that giveaway cycle. You may become eligible in a subsequent giveaway month if both conditions are met at that time.

For full details, please refer to Clause 4A of the Terms & Conditions.
