You don’t need to take any extra steps. The Axi Wallet is created for you automatically and appears in your account as soon as the Buy Crypto feature is enabled in your region.

For new clients

When you open an Axi trading account, your Axi Wallet is created automatically — no additional forms or requests are required. You’ll see both accounts listed on your Client Portal dashboard and in the “My Account” section of the mobile app:

1. Axi Trading Platform Account: Used for CFDs, Perps and Forex trading.

2. Axi Wallet: Dedicated to buying, selling, and holding crypto.

For existing clients

If you already have an Axi Trading Platform account, your Axi Wallet will be added automatically once the Buy Crypto feature is enabled in your region. The next time you log in, the wallet will be listed alongside your trading account — no setup is required.

Simply put, the Axi Wallet is provisioned automatically.  All you need to do is log in. If “Buy Crypto” is supported in your region, your wallet will already be ready to use.
