After migrating to the new client portal, why is Autochartist no longer showing in my account?

Your Autochartist access was not automatically transferred to the new portal, You will need to re-enrol to continue using the service.

The upgrade process did not move  your existing Autochartist subscription  across. To regain access, simply re-subscribe from your new client portal account.

Once you have successfully re-enrolled, Autochartist will appear again in your tools section.

💡 Tip: If you don’t see the option to re-subscribe, make sure your account is fully set up in the new portal.
