I applied to become an Introducing Broker with a corporate account, but I didn’t receive my login information. What should I do?

If you haven’t received your Client Portal login credentials, it’s likely that an incorrect email address was entered during the onboarding process.

Since we’re unable to update the email or resend the credentials, the best way to receive your login details is to submit a new application using the correct email address.

Once you sign up again, the system will automatically send the credentials to your updated email, allowing you to access your Client Portal normally.
