You can apply an eligible bonus by selecting and activating a promo code in the Client Portal and Axi Mobile App before making a qualifying deposit.

Promo Code Rules

  • Promo codes must be applied before making a deposit.

  • Deposits made prior to applying a promo code will not qualify for the bonus and it will not be applied automatically.

  • If funds are deposited before the promo code is applied, avoid placing any trades or initiating withdrawals and contact Customer Success immediately for assistance.

  • Each promo code is subject to its own terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements and expiry dates.

Steps to Complete in Client Portal

Important: Always make sure to apply the promo code to your trading account before making a qualifying deposit.

  1. Log in to the Client Portal

  2. Navigate to Settings → Promo Code

  3. Select the trading account you want to apply the bonus to.

  4. Under Available Promo Codes section, click “Select” on your preferred promo code

  5. The selected code will automatically populate in the "Enter promo code" field. Click “Apply” to proceed.

  6. A confirmation pop-up will appear once the promo code is successfully applied

  7. Click "Go to Funds" to make the qualified deposit and use the promotion.

  8. You can view the applied promo code, including its terms and conditions, account details, and expiry date, under the Active Promo Codes section.

Steps to Complete in Axi Mobile App

Important: Always make sure to apply the promo code to your trading account before making a qualifying deposit.

  1. Open the Axi mobile app.

  2. From the side menu, tap Promo Code

  3. Select the trading account you want to apply the bonus to.

  4. Under Available Promo Codes, tap Select on your preferred promo code

  5. Tap Apply. A confirmation pop-up will appear after successfully applying the promo code.

  6. Once applied, you can view the promo code details—including terms and conditions, account information, and expiry date—under Active Promo Codes.

  7. Tap Fund Now to make the qualifying deposit and use the promotion.
