Withdraw funds using Apple Pay via the Axi mobile app.

Eligibility & Requirements

1. Available in selected countries only. To check availability, log in to the app — if Apple Pay appears in the Withdraw section, it is available in your country.

2. RTS applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via the same payment method (Apple Pay).

3. Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the Client Portal once RTS is consumed.

4. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the Client Portal. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.

5. Ensure you are logged into your Live account, not a Demo account.

Apple Pay Withdrawal Rules

1. If you made multiple Apple Pay deposits, each deposit appears as a separate withdrawal tile.

2. You can withdraw the full amount or a partial amount from each tile, up to the original deposited amount.

3. You can submit multiple withdrawal requests at the same time for different deposit tiles.

4. If a withdrawal request for a specific tile is already processing, that tile will appear greyed out until the request is completed.

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

1. Open the Axi mobile app and log in to your Live account.

2. Tap the Person icon in the top-left corner.

3. Select My Accounts, then tap Withdraw.

4. Choose the trading account you want to withdraw from.

   Note: Ensure you select the correct account to avoid internal transfer delays.

5. Enter the withdrawal amount in the Apple Pay field and tap Continue.

6. Select the Apple Pay deposit tile. Greyed-out tiles have a pending request.

7. Review details and tap Request Withdrawal.

Processing Time

1. Typically, 1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).

2. Funds may be received instantly or within 1–2 business days after Axi processes the withdrawal request, depending on the payment provider.

Important Notes

1. Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.

2. If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.

3. Unlike deposits, Apple Pay withdrawals (refunds) can also be submitted through any device - including desktops, tablets, and mobiles.
