I got confirmation that the migration was successful. However, I cannot log in to the new Portal. What seems to be the issue?

On the login page, click the “Forgot Password” link below the Password field – then enter the registered e-mail address on record. A password reset link will be sent to your email so you can set up a new password. If the issue persists even after a successful password reset, please reach out to our Client Services to further assist you.
