How can I view or create a campaign in the IB Portal?

The Campaigns tab lets you manage all your promotional campaigns. You can view existing campaigns (active, expired, or inactive) or create a new campaign.

Viewing Campaigns:

You can filter all campaigns by:

  • Active, Expired and Inactive campaigns
  • Name or Keyword
  • Timeline

Creating a New Campaign:

To create a new campaign, follow these steps:

  • Add a Campaign: Click on “Add” to create a new campaign.

  • Campaign Name: Type a name for your campaign (e.g., "Holiday Cashback").
  • Start Date: Input the campaign start date.
  • Expiration Date: Input the end date for the campaign.
  • Rule Type: Choose a rule for the campaign. There are 4 rule types you can select from:
    • Deposit
    • Volume
    • Registration Date
    • Net Deposit
  • Currency: Set the currency for the rule. (This only applies to the Deposit and Net Deposit rules).
  • Range: Choose the range of values for the rule.
  • Value From: Input the minimum value for the campaign. If you choose Registration Date, enter the earliest date.
  • Value To: Input the maximum value for the campaign. If you choose Registration Date, enter the latest date.
  • Cashback Percentage: Input the cashback percentage for the selected symbols.
  • Save: After filling in all the details, click Save to generate the campaign.
