Where can I find PayNow deposits and withdrawal options in the new Client Portal?

Learn where to find PayNow deposits and Local Bank Transfer (SGD) withdrawals in the new Client Portal.

PayNow deposits are available in the new Client Portal, but withdrawals must be made via Local Bank Transfer (SGD).

How to deposit via PayNow

  1. Log in to the new Client Portal and go to Funds > Deposit.

  2. Select “PayNow” as your payment method.

How to withdraw via Local Bank Transfer (SGD)

  1. Log in to the new Client Portal and go to Funds > Withdraw.

  2. Select “Local Bank Transfer (SGD)” as your withdrawal method.

Why can't I find PayNow as a withdrawal option?

In the old Client Portal, the withdrawal option was labelled PayNow. However, this option was a Local Bank Transfer (SGD), not a PayNow withdrawal.

In the new Client Portal, this withdrawal method is correctly labelled Local Bank Transfer (SGD). If you previously used PayNow to withdraw funds, select Local Bank Transfer (SGD) in the new portal instead.

Are PayNow deposits and Local Bank Transfer (SGD) withdrawals the same?

No. PayNow is available for deposits, while withdrawals are made via Local Bank Transfer (SGD). If you previously used the PayNow option to withdraw funds in the old Client Portal, select Local Bank Transfer (SGD) in the new Client Portal instead.
