Why can't I see Axi Select in my Client Portal or during onboarding?Find out why the Axi Select option may not be visible in your Client Portal or during the account onboarding process.

If Axi Select is not visible in your Client Portal or during onboarding, it may be due to account eligibility, partnership agreement, or regional availability.

What you need to know:

  1. Axi Select is only available to clients with accounts under AxiTrader LLC jurisdiction. If your account is under a different Axi entity, Axi Select may not be available to you.

  2. If you have an AxiTrader LLC account but still cannot see the Axi Select option, contact our Client Services team for clarification and next steps.

  3. The Axi Select option may not appear during onboarding if your account type, partnership agreement, or region is not currently eligible for the program.

  4. It is not possible to join Axi Select directly via Live Chat — use the Client Portal once the option becomes available.

  5. If you believe your account should be eligible but Axi Select is not visible, contact Client Services — they can review your account and advise on next steps.
