To deposit via a Local Payment Agent, retrieve the agent's details from the Client Portal and complete your payment directly with them. 

Eligibility and requirements 

  1. Available to residents of South Korea and Venezuela.  

Payment agent rules 

  1. Deposits are completed directly through the Payment Agent’s link, not within the Client Portal

  2. You must save the agent’s details for deposit and withdrawal requests as it will be handled by the same agent. 

  3. Some agents may charge up to 3% fees on each transaction, which are not controlled by Axi. 

  4. Always confirm fees, supported methods, and processing time with the agent before making a deposit. 

  5. Deposits will be processed in US dollars (USD) only

Steps to complete 

  1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal. 

  2. Click “Fund” on the trading account you’d like to deposit into. 
    Note: Depositing funds into the wrong account may cause delays due to internal transfer processing.

  3. Select “Local Payment Agent” and click “Continue”.

  4. Select your preferred agent if multiple agents are available. 
    Note: If only one agent is available, you will be directed to their details automatically.

  5. Note down the agent details, as you will need to contact them to process your deposit: 
    - Agent name 
    - Website URL 
    - Contact number 
    - Operating hours 
    - Supported method 

  6. Click “Continue to Dashboard” to be directed to the main page of the Client Portal.

  7. Continue to contact the Payment Agent using the provided details.  

  8. Request to confirm the offered payment method and fee before processing your deposit. 
    Note: Your deposit will be processed and credited to your account within 1-3 business days. 

  9. Once the Payment Agent has processed your transaction, the funds will be reflected in your trading account.
