You may be able to cancel a withdrawal request if it is still in a pending or processing status. Once processed or completed, it cannot be cancelled.
To check if cancellable: log in to Client Portal and go to Withdrawal or Funding History. If the status shows pending or processing, cancellation may be possible.
If the status shows completed or processed, the request cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
To request cancellation: contact Client Services immediately with your Withdrawal ID, date, amount, and trading account number.
Your Withdrawal ID is sent by email immediately after submission — it is preceded by a # symbol.
Important note: The window to cancel is short — submit your request immediately. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible even if the status still shows as pending.
