Withdraw funds from your PAMM account via the PAMM portal using the Partial Withdrawal option.

Eligibility & Requirements

1. You must be logged in to the PAMM portal — not the Axi Client Portal — to partial withdraw funds from a PAMM account.

2. Partial withdrawals are allowed even if there are open trades in your subscribed account.

3. You may withdraw up to 50% of the available free margin at the time of the request.

4. Partial withdrawals are NOT permitted if the master account has a negative margin.

5. If the market moves against your position after withdrawal, a margin call may apply — you can either top up your account or risk a stop-out.

Steps to Withdraw from a PAMM Account

1. Log in to the PAMM portal.

2. Go to Managed Accounts and select Subscribed Strategies from the menu.

3. Click the ... icon on the right of the relevant strategy to see additional actions.

4. Select Partial Withdrawal.

5. On the Partial Withdrawal screen, enter the desired withdrawal amount.

6. Read the disclaimer carefully.

7. Click Submit.

Processing Time

Once successful, the reduced balance will be displayed in the PAMM portal.

Important Notes

You cannot withdraw 100% via the PAMM portal partial withdrawal option — maximum is 50% of free margin.
