You can deposit funds using PIX by logging in to the Axi Client Portal and completing the payment through your Brazilian banking app.
Available to residents of Brazil only.
Minimum deposit: 30 BRL.
Payment must be made from an account registered in your name. Mismatched names result in rejection and a refund.

Each transaction generates a unique QR code — do not save for future use.
If a cancelled deposit later goes through via a saved QR code, contact Client Services with your email and account number.
Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
Navigate to "Funds" on the left-hand menu.
Select "Deposit" from the top menu.
Click "Add Funds" on the trading account you wish to fund.
Select "PIX" as your preferred funding method.
Select your PIX account, or click "Add New" to add one (see setup details above).
Enter the deposit amount in BRL or USD.
Note: Exchange rate refreshes every 10 minutes and is system-generated. Axi has no control.
Click "Continue." Note: Minimum is 30 BRL.
Review all details and click "Make Deposit."
On the payment provider page: confirm details, select document type (CPF or CNPJ), click "Realizar Pagamento" (Make Payment).
Complete the PIX payment using the QR code provided.
Most PIX deposits are credited within minutes after successful payment confirmation.
The full amount must be paid in a single transaction. Partial payments will be rejected and refunded.
