Withdraw funds using Local Money Transfer (India) via the Axi mobile app to a verified Indian bank account.
Available to residents of India only.
A verified Indian bank account in your name must be added before completing a withdrawal.
If you haven’t registered a bank account yet, you will be prompted to provide your bank account details and upload a verification document (bank statement or passbook) during the withdrawal process.
Return to Source (RTS) applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via Local Money Transfer first.
Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available method shown in the app once RTS is consumed.
Ensure you are logged into your Live account, not a Demo account.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the app. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.
Account Holder Name must match your Axi account name exactly.
Account Number: numbers only, no spaces.
IFSC code must be correct and valid — incorrect codes cannot be validated.
Bank statement or passbook required: must show your name, account number, and a date within the last 6 months.
A bank statement must be an official document issued by your bank or downloaded via online banking. Receipts are not accepted.
Accepted bank statement file types: JPEG, PNG, PDF, HEIC. Maximum file size: 6 MB.
Open the Axi mobile app and log in to your Live account.
Tap the Profile icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
Select My Accounts, then tap Withdraw.
Choose the trading account you want to withdraw from.
Note: Ensure you select the correct account to avoid internal transfer delays.
Enter the withdrawal amount in the Money Transfer (INR) field and tap Continue.
Select your verified bank account or add a new one. To add a new account, click “Add method”, then enter your Nickname, Account Holder Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code. Upload a valid bank statement and click Submit for Review. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours, depending on the validation process.
Review all details and tap Request Withdrawal.
1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).
Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.
If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
