Withdraw funds using Bitwallet via the Axi mobile app to your registered Bitwallet wallet.

Eligibility & Requirements

  1. Available to residents of Japan only.

  2. RTS applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via the same payment method (Bitwallet).

  3. Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the app once RTS is consumed.

  4. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the app. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.

Bitwallet Requirements

  1. Due to the Return to Source (RTS) policy, you can only withdraw to the same Bitwallet email address used for your original deposit.

  2. Withdrawals to a different Bitwallet email are not permitted.

  3. After your first successful Bitwallet deposit, the wallet is automatically saved as a withdrawal option.

  4. The wallet is identified by the email address used during the deposit.

  5. When withdrawing, you’ll be asked to select this saved wallet — you cannot enter a new one.

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

  1. Open the Axi mobile app and log in to your Live account.

  2. Tap the Profile icon in the top-left corner.

  3. Select My Accounts, then tap Withdraw.

  4. Choose your trading account.

  5. Enter the withdrawal amount.

  6. Tap Continue.

  7. Select the Bitwallet account (identified by the email used for your first deposit).

  8. Review details and tap Request Withdrawal.

Processing Time

  1. 1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).

  2. Bitwallet withdrawals may be processed quickly once approved, depending on the provider.

Important Notes

  1. Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.

  2. If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
