What is Fixed Size, Mirror Master Size, Proportional by Equity and Proportional by Balance?

The definitions below are designed to help clarify the concepts and ensure a better understanding of their usage.
Fixed Size = all copy trades are fixed to one trade size. For example, if a user selects 0.5 lots, all copy trades will be fixed to 0.5 lots.
Mirror Master Size = All your trades will be the same size as the Master or Signal Provider, irrespective of account size. For example, Signal Provider places a trade at 0.3 lots, and the copier places a copy trade at 0.3 lots despite having a smaller account.
Proportional by Equity = trade size is proportional to the account equity relative to the Copier or Signal. Copiers can reduce or amplify their exposure to the size of trades.
Proportional by Balance = trade size is proportional to the account balance relative to the Copier or Signal. Copiers can reduce or amplify their exposure to the size of trades.
