Name change
If your name is incorrect in our system (e.g., a spelling mistake), please provide Customer Support a copy of your government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, national ID) showing your full legal name. To be considered valid the copy of your document must:
Be in full original colour
Show both the front and back (driver’s license or national ID), or full page (passport)
Display all four corners of the document, and not be edited in any way
Have clear and legible text (not blurry)
If your name has legally changed (e.g., due to marriage/divorce), please provide a copy of an official document that supports the change.
Date of birth
If your date of birth has been incorrectly entered in our system, please provide Customer Support a copy of your government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, national identity card) showing your date of birth. To be considered valid the copy of your document must:
Be in full original colour
Show both the front and back (driver’s license, identity card), or full page (passport)
Display all four corners of the document, and not be edited in any way
Have clear and legible text (not blurry)
