If you go on the Axi Copy Trading app and click “Positions” then “Missed”, there should be an explanation as to why you missed a few trades.
If there is no comment or don't understand the reason, please kindly contact our Customer Support Team, providing the details below:
Your trading account number
The signal name you are copying
Trade order ID or the trade date and time that the signal made the trade, which you missed.
Thereafter, we will forward it to our Pelican Team to investigate and get back to you once we have any new feedback.
