Can I withdraw funds to someone else's account?Find out whether Axi allows withdrawals to third-party accounts and what constitutes a third-party payment.
Updated 12 days ago

No. Axi does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawals must be made to an account in your own name.

What you need to know:

  1. A third-party payment is any method — card, bank account, e-wallet — not held in your name as the account holder.

  2. All withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be cancelled.

  3. If Axi suspects third-party funding, we reserve the right to return the funds to the remitter and retain the balance in your account, pending verification of proof of identity and the source of funds before processing.

  4. If you cannot provide verification, Axi reserves the right to retain your account balance and you will not be permitted to withdraw.

  5. Business cards — including those under the account holder's name — are considered third-party and will not be accepted.

Important note: Ensure all payment methods registered to your account are in your personal name.
