Withdraw funds using Local Money Transfer (Colombia) via the Client Portal to a verified Colombian bank account.
Available to residents of Colombia only.
A verified local bank account must be added before completing a withdrawal.
RTS applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via the same payment method (Local Money Transfer)
Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the Client Portal once RTS is consumed.
Exchange rates are automatically updated every 10 minutes.
Withdrawal limits: Minimum COP 37,147.27 – Maximum COP 40,000,000
Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
First time: go to Manage → Add, enter your bank details, upload your bank statement, and submit for review. Verification typically takes a few minutes, depending on validation.
Go to Funds and select Withdraw from the top menu.
Choose your trading account.
Enter the withdrawal amount in USD in the Money Transfer (COP) section. The system automatically converts the amount to COP using the current exchange rate. Tap Continue.
Select your verified bank account or add a new one. To add a new account, click “Add method”, enter the bank details, upload a valid bank statement, and click Submit for Review. Verification is automated and may be completed within a few minutes, depending on validation.
Review details and click Request Withdrawal.
Typically, 1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).
Once processed, funds are typically received within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank.
Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.
If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
